My EBT card got used online and I don't do online shopping. I feel horrible being a mother of five boys, and the thief/scammer took food out of my kids' mouths, over $400.00.
You guys should have someone monitoring online purchases.
As well as when you do your investigation, reimburse what was taken from me and my children.

Resolved with help amazing help from customer service. Able to help reset my Meijer app so I can access mperks and coupons.
No pickup fee for orders >$35 (unless items are out of stock... )
My order totalled $1.32 under the no-fee-if-over $35 minimum because one of my items AND its substitute were unavailable. So I was charged the $4.95 pickup fee, which I thought was unfair (and it's not what Walmart or Kroger does in that case.) The rep told me to just "order a little more next time" because "in the small print" it states Meijer has the right to charge the fee "at their discretion." I think what irritated me the most is that their stuff is more expensive to begin with than the other stores!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Director of Pharmacy called me to hear my side of the story, apologized I was treated the way I was, and will be investigating the situation further. I appreciated the apology and that she was willing to listen to me, it made me feel like there may be hope to help others who suffer from ADHD.
I am a 32-year-old Electrical Engineer, diagnosed with ADHD in 2018.
My life significantly improved after my doctor prescribed Adderall, allowing me to progress in my career from a small company to earning 60% more at a renowned firm. The medication has been crucial in helping me manage my symptoms and excel in my professional responsibilities.
Timeline of Incidents:
April 25th, 2024: I called the pharmacy for a refill of my Adderall prescription. Initially told to call back, then informed it would be ready in an hour, only to find out later that no request was on file.
April 26th-27th, 2024: After several calls, I was repeatedly told to call back without any clear reasons. Eventually, I was informed there was an issue with the DEA number.
May 27th, 2024: I faced another round of confusion and insincere apologies when my prescription was once again not filled as promised.
May 28th, 2024: Despite contacting my provider, who empathized with my situation, I was left without my medication until May 30th due to a block placed by the pharmacist.
Throughout this period, the lack of communication and the misinformation provided by the pharmacy staff were deeply distressing.
As a patient reliant on medication to manage my ADHD, the mishandling of my prescription put me at risk of losing my job and severely affected my well-being.
Key Issues:
Miscommunication and False Information: I was repeatedly given incorrect information about the status of my prescription, causing unnecessary stress and anxiety.
Inconsistent Policies: The reasons provided for not filling my prescription varied, with no clear explanation or consistent policy.
Lack of Empathy and Understanding: The pharmacy staff showed a blatant disregard for my condition and the impact of their actions on my health and professional life.
This experience has highlighted a severe issue in how Meijer Pharmacy treats patients with disabilities. It feels like bullying, and it is unacceptable for a large corporation to treat people with disabilities this way. There must be change to ensure no one else goes through what I did.
Call to Action:
I urge Meijer to address these issues at their pharmacy and implement policies to ensure that no patient is given false information about their medication.
Clear and compassionate communication is essential, especially when dealing with patients who depend on their medication for daily functioning.

I tried to use my $10 earnings and the store. They would not honor it.
It had expired. I've been working and I didn't notice it until I got in the store. Yesterday I spoke with the manager. The manager was very rude.

Questionably, I had to answer if I had items in the bottom of my cart. I had never faced this challenge question before.
Secondly, an associate was called to verify my scanning of cat food cans. No derogatory actions were found on my part.
Thirdly, no receipt was given, so I could verify that I was properly charged for said items. I was informed that because I walked away to get a receipt, it negated the possibility of obtaining one unless I was a Perks member.
