The checkout person named Sheryl at the B Drive store in Battle Creek was rude to us several times on different trips to the store.She sassed me twice.

We have always had excellent service and are sad that this young lady is so quick to snap at customers. We shop at the store each Sun. and have been customers since the first store opened in Battle Creek years ago. To stay with a store that long means there are very few complaints from us.

Hopefully she will be talked to re: how she treats customers and how to be a more pleasant person.She just seemed mad at the world.

Management won't know if it isn't addressed. Next time call a manager over and explain that this employee has been rude many times, and today is the last straw. If you don't feel like complaining then either avoid her, shop elsewhere, or get rude back.
