EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL "SO CALLED" MANAGEMENT AT SCIO MEIJER IN ANN ARBOR. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS REFUSE TO ACCEPT COUPONS THAT ARE BETTER THAN THEIRS.

WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO "SO CALLED" MANAGEMENT, THEY ARE IN A MEETING???????? ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, ONE OF THE BUSIEST TIMES TO SHOP, SURE THEY ARE!! MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE NO TRAINING HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HANDLE ANY SITUATION EVEN IF YOU DO SPEAK TO ONE. ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHED THAT SUCH A LARGE CORPORATION CAN'T PUT THEIR MANAGER THROUGH BETTER TRAINING, IF THEY ARE TRAINED AT ALL.

I HOPE OTHER GROCERY STORES OPEN UP AND PEOPLE ATOP SHOPPING AT MEIJER.

THEY 'RE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN, BAGS RIP BECAUSE THEY ARE SO CHEAP AND THE AMIGO'S ARE ALWAYS EITHER BROKEN OR HAVE NO BATTERY JUICE TO GO TWO FEET. THIS STORE NEEDS A SERIOUS OVERHAUL OF MANAGEMENT!!!!

Preferred solution: HIRE/TRAIN COMPETANT MANAGERS BETTER EQUIPED TO HANDLE CONFLICT RESOLUTION!!.

I didn't like: Constomer service, Managment or lack there of.
