I was in the deli dept. About 3 weeks ago.
I purchased a 12 piece chicken meal. Went home to eat 3 of my breast pieces were bloody and not fully cooked.I called the next day spoke to a manager who told me he was sorry to come in and I would get a refund. I went in a few days later to customer service.the lady at the desk basically called me a liar told me anyone could make this upeven though I had a receipt and pictures on my phone. Said she would call the manager.
After that she came back said manager refused to refund. A few days later I called the store again spoke to manager he apologized took my address said he would send out a gift card to make up for the chicken and time. Waited 2 weeks nothing. Called back spoke to another store manager he said he was aware of the complaint.I told him I never received the gift card.
He said he would send another one. Been over a week nothing.
Train your employees better to serve costumers. I am very disappointed!
