Doesn't matter what time of the day you shop there, 1 maybe 3 lanes open.Average wait time is 30 minutes.
It will take you longer to check out than it did to purchase your groceries. What is irritating - there will be 3 to 4 staff members standing around up front goofing off with one another. You will hear all their personal stories and watch them on their phones!! While the lines are 5 - 6 deep with Full Carts.
My impression is the Staff has ZERO sense of urgency for customer care.Send one of your Regional Managers to a Woodmans - If you need an example of excellent customer care for this Market!!
