I went into Meijer in Taylor Mi. I needed only a few things.
I went to self checkout, rang my items and inserted 10 dollars in machine. NO CHANGE...NO RECEIPT...Nothing. I live solely on social security and am undergoing cancer treatment. $10 is a lot.
No help from supposed supervisor. Are times so tough for Meijer that they have to CHEAT ailing seniors? After half an hour, since I needed to get the bus, I left empty handed. NO ONE AT MEIJER CARES.
i will simply have to find another bus route to another grocery store as I simply cannot afford to go there anymore than I can afford the casino.
It seems simple to me that the supposed customer service girl could have read the machine, gone to a drawer and given me change. Evidently, keeping my money makes better profit.
