Hello to whom it may concern, I was at the self checkout when I was ringing my stuff up I heard the lady talk about my bags in the car I told her she could check my bottle bag of cans and she can check my backpack that I had nothing and was not stealing she then asked if I rang up my shoes yet, I said no. When I was finishing up the lady helped me ring up my box of shoes and put them in my cart the manager then came back over and asked about the box of shoes.

She then checked them she then looked at my shoes on my feet and told me that I was stealing that my shoes belong to meijer's, and was told that I had to take off my shoes and give them to her. I told her I walked in with these shoes on, and my pink and gray Nike Air (which Meijer's don't even sell) don't belong to the store. I told her that I needed to catch the bus to get back home and she wanted to check the bottom of my shoes. I let her check the bottom of my shoes and my shoes are clean on the bottom..

It was also a rainy night and my shoes look brand new which they are but they are not of Myers brand. She told me that I had to take off my shoes and give them to her. I refuse to and then she told me that I had to leave her store in 2 minutes or she was calling the cops and not to come back and then I could not finish paying for any of my stuff. I was late for the bus so I just left very upset I also noticed I had cut my finger while I was checking out.

Must have been on some kind of piece of plastic or something from the cart. I then got to the bus and made it and wrap my finger up but could not understand why the lady had a problem with me. I had brought my bottles back to the bottle return a little late, but the bottle guy still took my bottles and wrote me a slip, the same lady who told me I had to take my shoes off. She has a strong accent and is the manager of the U-scan lanes at night time.

I don't know her name but she had a problem with me from the time I walked in. I've also had problems with this lady before as she was talking about her personal business of infection that her husband had and was discussing it very vividly to the other employee to where I could hear. She excused herself at that time but still had a problem with me. The same lady has been harassing me is the one who wanted me to take off my shoes even though I told her she could check the cameras that I walked in with these shoes on, and I'm not taking my shoes off for her.

She told me I'm not allowed back inside Meijer's, but I have done nothing wrong. This is the same lady I made a complaint about who told me to leave my stuff up front inside my cooler that got stolen the day I arrived in Ann Arbor and they did nothing about it. They didn't even contact me back or even look over the cameras about who stole my cooler out of the cart, when it sat right up front atp the Customer service desk. I can't shop at the store now because the lady who wanted my shoes told me I was stealing.I don't know who to contact about this or if I'm allowed back in the store at all, but I know the lady works nights and she does have a problem.

If somebody could please give me a call back as to what to do about this lady who was racial profiling me, and assumed that I was stealing when I wasn't..I had $250 to pay for my stuff. Still this lady wanted to harass me from the very start as she walked over two to three times to accuse me. This lady has an accent the black short hair always wears black and works mostly nights at Meijer's in Ann arbor Michigan the one on Jackson road.

On line ordering for pick up

I had numerous notifications on if you order and pick up you get $15.00 discount on $50.00. I had my son get the app and explain how to use digital coupons.

I spent a very long time on Wednesday ordering groceries to take advantage of the $15.00. Of course after I completed the order there was no place for a &15.00 savings. Your site is not ment to make life easy for seniors. I cancelled my order.

Tried getting help from the Chat feature but just got same question sent back to me, so I assume that they are not anymore helpful than the rude people employed at the Seven Hills Store in Ohio.

We are suppose to eventually get a store in Northfield OH but certainly wont shop there either unless the customer service improves. So I guess I should assume you are not offering $15 on first pickup order or it was not real to begin with.

I shop at your meijer express gas station in caledonia. Several times i have pointed out to the gentleman behind the counter, seems like it is always the same person, blonde hair, dark aviator glasses, zero customer care skills, that the prices dont match the register receipt to the shelf.

Currently, they have a price of 4.69 for 16 oz natural light. Register receipt says 6.29. Like i said, this is the 3rd time.

Pretty sure this is illegal. You may want to fix it.

Meijer used to be a 24/7 business. I don't care what their hours are now. If they can take a customer's money for a product, then their customer service center SHOULD BE OPEN during ALL business hours to refund their money.
Meijer stole from me! I purchased a fountain soda. Your machine did not work and when I went to get my money back from customer service at 7:20am, I'm told that the systems don't come online until 8am! Then DO NOT OPEN your business until that time!!!! I will not be back to shop at this store and I intend to make all issues known on social media too!

The customer service representative was very polite and helped me and answered my question. I haven’t been getting my l Meyers coupons in the mail like I used to, and she said she would send them out but it’s going to be three months! Then she said that Myers is going to stop doing that and it’s going all go digital like Pick N Save. That part I do not like it’s not the representatives fault she was a perfect number of Ten doing her job. It’s a higher ups, not thinking of the elderly people who don’t know how to work an iPhone or maybe don’t even have an iPhone.
